How do I configure an additional Network interface on a UBUNTU Server
16.04 Instance on AWS.

The .cfg file shows "50-cloud-init.cfg", i created a another .cfg file named "eth0" and edited it as follows;

# the datasource.  Changes to it will not persist across an instance.
# To disable cloud-init's network configuration capabilities, write a file
# /etc/cloud/cloud.cfg.d/99-disable-network-config.cfg with the following:

Yet the i cannot still ping the secondary interface.
