    Remove fallback functions in agent/rpc
    
    agent/rpc contains fallback functionality that
    aren't needed any longer.

Bug description:
  Agent/rpc.py contains old fallback logic to also support older (before Mitaka) RPC calls.
  Remove those calls that are already marked for deletion.
