    remove to_dict method of Network in neutron.py
    
    because network['subnets'] is a list of str.

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Update a netowk which has more than one subnet will "failed".

  Actually it's not failed, the network is updated but the page alerts a
  submitting error.
