  raise 'Flavor' object is not iterable while resize flavor

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  steps to reproduce:

  1. demo user only can access the two flavors(m1.tiny and m1.small)
  2. launch instance001 with flavor m1.tiny
  3. try to resize m1.tiny, the horizon will raise "'Flavor' object is not iterable"
