identifying the exact patch though.

  Unwanted text below Cancel button after Launch Instance Fails

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I followed Mitaka installation using the guide -
  http://docs.openstack.org/mitaka/install-guide-ubuntu/.

  When I got a failure in launching instance, I observed that unwanted
  text gets displayed below the cancel button [Screenshot attached].
