Title:
500 error due to No module named angular_cookies after Juno -> Kilo
upgrade
Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
New
Status in openstack-dashboard package in Juju Charms Collection:
Invalid
Bug description:
After upgrading openstack Juno to Openstack Kilo on CentOS 7 the
Horizon Dashboard throws a 500 Error. The underlying reason is the
following error:
ImportError: Could not import settings 'openstack_dashboard.settings'
(Is it on sys.path? Is there an import error in the settings file?):
No module named angular_cookies
Could that have to do with the fact that the respective package
providing angular cookies has changes as evident from this:
Package python-XStatic-Angular-Cookies-1.2.1.1-2.el7.noarch is
obsoleted by 1:python-XStatic-Angular-1.3.7.0-4.el7.centos.noarch
Is there a way to edit the requirements in
openstack_dashboard.settings or elsewhere to compensate for this?
Kind regards,
