[Bug 1657529] [NEW] Remove unused columns from BuildRequest table in nova_api db.

Public bug reported:

Some columns from BuildRequest table in nova_api schema are no longer
used.

They have been removed from data model as a part of this commit

In Ocata, we can drop respective columns from database.
