  VPNaaS: VPN connection shown "pending create" status after it created
  successfully

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Expired

Bug description:
  It's a display issue.
  After create VPN connection on openstack dashboard, the vpn connection is shown as "pending create". No matter create done or not.

  walk around: manually refresh openstack dashboard webpage.
