  Support adding multiple images/tenants as members

Bug description:
  I think we should add an option to the member-create/delete api's to
  add/delete multiple members to an image or to add/delete multiple
  images to one tenant.

  currently we can only run glance member-create <image id> <tenant id>
  or glance member-delete <image id> <tenant id>

  it would be very helpful if we could add 
   --multiple-images and --multiple tenants  options which will be separated by commas 
  or just add --image-id/--tenant-id and than accept multiple objects
