[Bug 1654736] Re: VM number summarize not match.

I agree with you. Also openstack usage list shows resource usage per
project based on start and end date range. Both the commands have
different usages. The behavior observed is expected. Marking this as
invalid.

  the two command has the different number VM created.

  "openstack usage list" give 9 VM created.
  "nova list" give 4 VM created.

  the "nova list" command show the correct result.
  I suspect the "openstack usage list" dump the database data directly.

  I am not sure the issue caused by what.
