The string "Warning!" is unlocalized. 
I confirmed it in Japanese and Simplified Chinese.

I can locate the same string in Zanata but that seems to be used in the
Developer tab according to the pot file at:
http://tarballs.openstack.org/translation-
source/horizon/master/openstack_dashboard/locale/djangojs.pot
