Module `novaclient.v2.contrib.instance_action` is deprecated as of
OpenStack Ocata in favor of `novaclient.v2.instance_action` and will be
removed after OpenStack Pike.

Module `novaclient.v2.contrib.list_extensions` is deprecated as of
OpenStack Ocata in favor of `novaclient.v2.list_extensions` and will be
removed after OpenStack Pike.
