  Unlocalized strings on App Catalog tab

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid
Status in Murano:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  On App Catalog tab, the label "App Catalog" and "Browse Local" are not
  localized. I am not able to locate those strings in Zanata.
