  String interpolation should be handled by logger

Bug description:
  According to [1] guideline, strings should be interpolated by the
  logger.

      # WRONG
      LOG.info(_LI('some message: variable=%s') % variable)

      # RIGHT
      LOG.info(_LI('some message: variable=%s'), variable)
