I could not reproduce this bug report - the instance didn't appear in
the list of instances for attachment.

Bug description:
  Hide the instance if instance's task status is not None when attach volume 
  (for example,When instance is snapshoting,we can also see this instance in volume attach page.If attach volume to this instance,it report error.)
