The metering panel was removed from Horizon, and was deprecated for
several cycles before that.

  Openstack Horizon Ceilometer Resource Usage stats  no line chart

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  When i install ceilometer opesntack newton from repository (rpm) in stats tab in horizon there is no line in line chart graph , only one result will be pup up when you hold the mouse on line chart that shows the result but there is no line . 
  note:
  the stats.html is OK and there is every thing OK in CLI
