[Bug 1667557] [NEW] OPENSTACK_KEYSTONE_URL and AVAILABLE_REGIONS are not mutually exclusive

 

Public bug reported:

As noted in https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-ansible/+bug/1660344 if
the settings don't define both OPENSTACK_KEYSTONE_URL and
AVAILABLE_REGIONS then Horizon fails. Our documentation* however says
"If you do not have multiple regions you should use the OPENSTACK_HOST
and OPENSTACK_KEYSTONE_URL settings instead."

Something should be corrected here.
