    Fix trunk subport scenario test
    
    This test wasn't allowing ping before asserting
    that ping should work. It only passes in the OVS
    scenario because the job is configuring to use the
    hybrid iptables driver which does not filter vlan-aware-vms
    on OVS.

  trunk connectivity scenario test is wrong

Status in neutron:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The scenario test for trunk connectivity is incorrect because it
  asserts that pings should pass without adding a rule that actually
  allows pings. This passes on OVSFW because the job is currently
  misconfigured to load the wrong firewall driver required for trunk
  filtering.
