[Bug 1671166] [NEW] Ocata default nova.conf on Ubuntu case "The placement API endpoint not found"
Public bug reported:
I have try to install ocata on Ubuntu 16.04(Qemu compute node+Controller node on the same vm).
I have setup Placement API. But get error after restart nova service or reboot.
2017-03-08 15:16:00.930 22919 WARNING nova.scheduler.client.report [req-70d8f814-a975-4fb4-adf2-647152f94c5f - - - - -] The placement API endpoint not found. Placement is optional in Newton, but required in Ocata. Please enable the placement service before upgrading.
tcpdump -i any portrange 8700-8799 get nothing
nova-status upgrade check show below.
