    Add editing for port security
    
    Now it is possible to enable/disable port security in Horizon, when
    the port-security extension is available.

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Horizon in Newton allows to set allowed address pairs, which disables
  anti-spoofing for the specified IP-MAC pairs, but there's an API
  extension, called port-security, which allows to enable/disable the
  anti-spoofing for all addresses. It would be nice to have a switch in
  the "Edit port" dialog for this setting.

  Here's the API docs, but strangely it only lists port_security_enable only at the response side:
