  Official installation document missing - nova-placement-api

Status in openstack-manuals:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I installed according to the official document, when to start the nova-compute error.
  Then i check the/var/log/nova/nova-ompute.log,found e error for oslo_service:PlacementNotConfigured: This com.ute is not configured to talk to the placement service, Configure the/placement section of nova.Conf and restart the service.
