marking Invalid

  Required asterisk missing for mandatory Add Member form's  'Member
  Address' field

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  While adding a new member to the pool, under Load Balancers, the form
  contains a field 'Member Address'. This field is mandatory and should
  be marked with asterisk. To replicate the bug, please follow "Load
  Balancers -> Members -> Add Member"
