Hey Alam,

Apparently horizon doesn't implement this function[1] because from
neutron's perspective this is supported thru its client[2].  I don't
know the reasons behind that decision.

Bug description:
  Hello,

  I installed OpenStack via Devstack from Master, but the option for
  SNAT enable/disable for router gateway is not available via dashboard.

  Am I missing a patch here?
