Bug description:
  The help for the "disk_weight_multiplier" config option says:

  "Also note that this setting only affects scheduling if the 'ram'
  weigher is enabled."

  That's a copy/paste error from the ram_weight_multiplier, it should
  say 'disk' weigher.
