[Bug 1667872] Re: Install keystone error

/keystone-keyrock-5.4.0/setup.cfg: Exception: Versioning for this
project requires either an sdist tarball, or access to an upstream git
repository. Are you sure that git is installed?"
This doesn't look like a keystone bug to me. Feel free to reopen if I am
incorrect.
