  ds-identify for Bigstep datasource checks wrong file

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Currently, it checks that /var/lib/cloud/seed/bigstep/url exists.

  However, the URL file is located at
  /var/lib/cloud/data/seed/bigstep/url.

  Thus, the check should check the proper location.
