    Disable port input when protocol is any or icmp for firewall
    
    There would be error if choose port with protocol icmp or any when
    creating firewall rule. Disable port input when protocol is any
    or icmp.

  firewalls,add Rule ,when Protocol is any or icmp,choosing port would
  be error creating

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  in firewalls panel,when adding firewall_rule,if i choose port with its
  creating,there would be error.i think we may think about disable the
  two port textarea,as there is no need when protocol is any or icmp.
