Title:
  Horizon Images page is blank

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Install openstack newton release on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. All openstack services are up and running.
  Issue is Images page is blank on Horizon Dashboard.

  Steps:

  Log in to horizon dashboard. 
  Go to Project > Compute > Images. 
  Then images page is blank.

  Using CLI images are showing correctly.
