  not handling Trace in update_dhcp_port when subnet is deleted
  concurrently.

  full/e5974dd/logs/screen-q-svc.txt.gz?level=WARNING#_2016-04-12_18_58_48_195
  is seen on gate while running tempest tests.

  plugin and agent should be both updated to handle this trace.
