  Horizon doesn't show breadcrumb well

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Horizon doesn't show breadcrumb very well, especially for plugin
  panels. I got this problem for Zaqar UI.

  The breadcrumb should show as 'Project / Messaging / Queues', but now
  it's shown as 'Project / Messaging / None'
