Add a interface for getting specific Hypervisor object based on ID of
the hypervisor. This will be a useful API for custom extensions of
horizon. This API will map to the get() of hypervisor from nova client.
This is a small enhancement, IMO Horizon pages/extension which only need
to access single Hypervisor object can use this API.
