Not sure why the status on launchpad wasn't updated after the fix was
merged on 3/9. I believe it was released in pike-1.

  The progress bar is wrong when you create a snapshot for a volume.

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The progress bar is wrong when you create a snapshot for a volume, it
  shows the progress bar for the volumes, not for the snapshots. For
  example, there is two volumes, no any snapshots, when you create a
  snapshot for a volume, the progress bar should show zero, but it shows
  two.
