Title:
  project ID of a security goup is not a UUID value

Status in neutron:
  Expired

Bug description:
  when i have configured new project and assigned it the default security group,
  after about one day, the security groups got a UUID that is not a UUID value,
  but a normal text that looks like this:

  [-] project name
  [-] "TRUE"
