Workaround for now would be to use anything other than a '.' as
delimiter. The server freaks out when it sees one in tags.

  Steps to reproduce:

    $ neutron tag-add --resource-type network --resource private --tag first.second
    $ neutron net-show private
    neutron CLI is deprecated and will be removed in the future. Use openstack CLI instead.

  The second half of the tag is not there.
