Unable to reproduce. Tried running py27 with fwaas and a few others, but
didn't see the WARNING called out in this bug.

If I'm missing some details to reproduce, please provide them and
reopen.

  Expected Result: No warning logs should be generated when loading only definitions from neutron-lib as they do not have Class name which an extension expects
