  I have followed the docswhile making custom TLS modifications to the
  config files, i am now giving up on ocata and falling back to neutron
  for one last try with TLS.

  be able to list hypervisors and compute servies

  Actual result
  =============
  both commands to list hypervisor and compute services timeout, with both openstack and nova commands.
