    fix test_rebuild_server_exc instability
    
    It depends on the environment we gets with
    instance-rebuild-error notification an another
    notification the compute-exception. In this
    case should ignore this event.
    So we select the instance-rebuild-error event
    into notification variable and we use this
    after.
