No worries, thanks for looking out for us! I just wasn't sure what to
even look for to see if swift *is* affected. I think I'll close it out
for now, and keep this in mind if I ever see failures that mention API
extensions :-)

  gate-neutron-dynamic-routing-dsvm-tempest-api failure by "BGP Speaker
  extension is not enabled"

Status in neutron:

Status in OpenStack Object Storage (swift):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  In a stable branch of devstack, API extensions list used in tempest is harded code since [1]
  and BGP is not included in this list[2].

  tempest tests using extensions that is not listed in DEFAULT_NET_EXT
  may be affected by this.
