This bug tracker is for errors with the documentation, use the following as a template and remove or add fields as you see fit. Convert [ ] into [x] to check boxes:

- [x] This doc is inaccurate in this way: There are 2 #1 steps, you have
the user log into DB then execute openstacl cli command. Given previous
docs, I beleive you would like them to create db 'neutron' and grant
permissions. Must have been omitted by mistake on copy+paste.
