Title:
  detaching network adapter failed

Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):
  Expired

Bug description:
  In heat gate job (gate-heat-dsvm-functional-convg-mysql-lbaasv2-ubuntu-xenial) 
  We found error within N-cpu when it raise detaching network adapter failed
  the error log can be found in [1].
  This happens in test [2] and we try to update server
