    DVR: get_router_cidrs not returning the centralized_floating_ip cidrs
    
    get_router_cidrs is over-ridden in dvr_edge_router. This function
    is not returing the centralized_floating_ip cidrs when called.
    
    This patch fixes the issue.

  DVR: get_router_cidrs in dvr_edge_router not returning the
  centralized_floating_ip cidr

Status in neutron:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  get_router_cidrs over-ridden in dvr_edge_router is not returing the centralized_floating_ip cidrs.
  So the consequence is the DNAT rules are left over in the snat namespace when the centralized_floating_ips are removed.
