[Bug 1468315] Re: horizon doesn't work well, when volumev2 endpoint doesn't exist

 

After re-reading, marking as invalid.  As mrunge indicated, this is a
deployment issue.  No application can be expected to be able to call a
service that is not registered in keystone,
