Title:
Scenario: Provider networks with Linux bridge in Networking Guide
Status in neutron:
Confirmed
Status in openstack-manuals:
Won't Fix
Bug description:
The use cases in the first part of the page present several provider networks plus an external network. The external network has IP addresses in the 203.... range, the other provider networks use the 192.... range. Instances are connected to 192..... addresses.
On the other hand, the second part Example Configuration creates a
single network, which is also external, and connects the instance to
it. IP addresses are 203......
Architecture and Packet Flow are explained at considerable detail.
It's a pity that the Example Configuration doesn't use the scenarios
developed in the first part of the page. I suggest to show the
configuration of one external and two provider networks using the same
IP address ranges 203... and 192... .
