  Neutron: No way to change security group rules on port attached to VIP

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  If you create a VIP through the lbaas stuff in neutron there is no way
  to change the security group rules on the port attached to the vip by
  the UI.
