been many changes to both keystone and horizon since then, including
a fix for this problem, this but is getting marked as Invalid. If the 
issue still exists, feel free to reopen it, and please provide additional
details on how to reproduce it.

Title:
  Login timeouts when logging in with LDAP user with non ascii
  characters in CN LDAP field

  With enabled debug in local_settings this is the last thing that gets
  logged before timeout. If I disable Cinder (keystone endpoint delete)
  login succeed.
