  The disk size of the flavor of instance booted from volume is bigger
  than the volume's size

Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):
  Expired

Bug description:
  The instance booted from volume chooses a flavor, but the disk size of
  the flavoe is bigger than the actual size of volume. finally, the
  instance is created successfully, but the disk size of the volume is
  different from the the disk size of the instance in the hypervisor.
