  Installation in glance

Status in Glance:

Bug description:
  - [x] This doc is inaccurate in this way: New version of document(pike) is missing details on creating Database
  - [x] I have a fix to the document that I can paste below including example: input and output. 
  Problem exists on all OS guides(Ubuntu,debian,SUSE and RED HAT).
  Here is what it should contain(copied from older versions):

  
  ```
  Create the glance database:

  MariaDB [(none)]> CREATE DATABASE glance;
  Grant proper access to the glance database:

  MariaDB [(none)]> GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON glance.* TO 'glance'@'localhost' \
    IDENTIFIED BY 'GLANCE_DBPASS';
  MariaDB [(none)]> GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON glance.* TO 'glance'@'%' \
    IDENTIFIED BY 'GLANCE_DBPASS';
  Replace GLANCE_DBPASS with a suitable password.

  Exit the database access client.
  ```
