[Bug 1720915] [NEW] No loading icon on image (anjularjs) panel

Public bug reported:

Currently, there is no loading image/icon on the Image panel， which may
confuse user if the loading takes long time. User may think there is no
image or failed.

So this is most like a UX improvement request, but a functional bug.
