Title:
  Router name is not displayed in the delete confirmation message window

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Reproduced in master.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Go to delete Project/Network/Routers
  2. Create router with some name
  3. Click on the created router it takes to router details page.
  4. Try to delete the router using "Delete Router" option found in the top right hand side drop down.

  Expected Result:
     Router name should be displayed in the delete confirmation message window.

  Actual Result:
    Router name is not displayed.
