It looks like a bug related to sahara-dashboard which was split out a
while ago. The bug itself is two and half years old, so it is sure this
bug is still valid. This bug might be filed before sahara-dashboard was
split out, so we mark it as Won't Fix. If you still see a bug with
sahara-dashboard, file a new bug against sahara-dashboard.

  Can not register image from "Create cluster"

Bug description:
  ENVIRONMENT: devstack

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  0. DON'T REGISTER IMAGE FOR CLUSTER
  1. Create master and worker node group template
  2. Create cluster template
  3. Click on "Launch cluster"
  4. Check correct plugin
  5. Click on "+"(Base image)
  6. Register image

  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Image registered and selected in "Base image"

  ACTUAL RESULT:
  Message: "Danger: There was an error submitting the form. Please try again. "
  Image registered correct, but "Base image" is empty
